Information on the processing of personal data

We inform you that our company will process the personal data you provide, or otherwise acquired, in compliance with the legislation in force. These data will be processed for management, promotional and marketing purposes and will be kept for the time established by current legislation for the fulfillment of these purposes and may be communicated and disseminated in compliance with current legislation in order to pursue the purposes indicated above. You can exercise the rights provided for in articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, where applicable. The Customer will also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data. Any data and archives transmitted by the Customer to the Company for technical purposes will be processed by the Company solely for these purposes and in compliance with current legislation.

The Data Controller will process the personal contact data collected from sources accessible to the public (eg Aci, Motorizzazione, Professional Orders) or communicated to us by third parties on the basis of the Data Controller's legitimate interest in promoting products or services in which the customer may reasonably be interested, required account of the balance of the rights of the latter and of the Owner. The interested party has the right to object at any time, for reasons connected to his personal situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose in question.
The personal data collected in this way are processed by the authorized and trained staff of our Company.
Furthermore, our Company may make use of outsourced services for the aforementioned communications.
Personal data may be processed for a maximum period of 24 months from the last contact with the interested party. Our Company does not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.


It is emphasized that the interested party will always have the right to access, rectify or delete the personal data referred to him or to request its portability, as well as the right to request the limitation or opposition to the processing. Furthermore, the interested party will always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.

The retention period of your personal data is 12 months from receipt of the same or in any case the time strictly necessary to satisfy your request.
